Function
The RAPID PRO-SENSE metal separator is used to inspect bulk materials in free-fall conveying pipes. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (stainless steel, aluminum, iron, etc.), even when embedded in the product. The rejection unit reliably separates these contaminants from the material flow.
Application Areas
It is primarily used in plastic granule production and compounding processes. It is installed immediately before the material is filled into bulk bags, silos, or packages for quality control (product purity). It is also used at the intake areas of plastics processing plants for machine protection.
HRF (High Scanning Frequency) Technology
Using a detection signal transmitted at a specific frequency, it separates ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as even the smallest stainless steel particles that are the most difficult to detect, with greater efficiency.
GENIUS+ Control Unit
