Sesotec VARICON+ INTUITY is a conveyor metal-detection system developed for reliable detection of ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel foreign bodies in packaged or unpackaged products on the production line.
Used with the INTUITY metal detector, the system offers high metal-detection performance and advanced product compensation through Multi-Simultaneous Frequency technology.

Advanced detection-coil technology with a short metal-free zone allows conveyor length to be kept to a minimum. Robust stainless-steel construction supports system stability and detection sensitivity.
The open, easily accessible frame design enables fast cleaning and hygiene procedures. Surface finish and conveyor design were developed with food-industry cleaning and hygiene requirements in mind.
