General Features
The stainless-steel magnetic separator consists of a high-intensity magnetic pulley capable of attracting stainless-steel material. The magnetic configuration and effectiveness of this model depend on the type and composition of the stainless steel to be processed.
Our technical team should carry out an application test using material supplied by the customer.
In the stainless-steel magnetic separator, advanced permanent-magnet technology is used to generate an ultra-strong magnetic field. Optionally, the system can include a control panel with a frequency converter to optimize conveyor-belt speed parameters.
To increase the efficiency of the stainless-steel magnetic separator, the use of a vibratory feeder is recommended.
