General Features
The electromagnetic plate is particularly suitable for installations where ferrous contamination consists of large pieces or where the operating height is more than 300 mm above the material surface.
The unit consists of a circular electromagnetic coil with an iron body and stainless-steel base. Its design is fully customized according to the conveyor belt on which it will be installed and the demanding operating environment.
Our experience allows us to optimize electrical consumption and provide duty cycles of up to 100%. Integrated cooling solutions extend the service life of the electromagnetic coil.
Each unit is supplied with a dedicated control panel designed according to the coil power and incorporating all electrical protection measures required for optimum and safe operation.
The operating height (A) ranges from 100 to 500 mm depending on the kilowatt rating of the electromagnetic coil. IDEMAG manufactures electromagnetic plates with power ratings from 1.5 to 15 kW.
