Bandera Trim FLEX®
In-Line Recovery of Flexible Film Edge Trim
Trim FLEX® is a compact recycling solution developed for the automatic and 100% in-line recovery of edge trim generated during production processes in the flexible packaging industry.
Designed for integration into blown film and cast film extrusion lines, Trim FLEX® directly recovers edge trim generated during production and enables the material to be returned to the production process.
Thanks to its compact design, automatic operation and twin-screw extrusion technology, it provides high process efficiency while requiring minimal production space.
Key Features of Trim FLEX®
100% In-Line Trim Recovery
Edge trim generated during blown film and cast film extrusion processes is recovered directly while production continues.
This enables production waste to be reused within the facility and returned to production without the need to send it outside the plant for recycling as raw material.
Homogenization of Multilayer Materials
Twin-screw extrusion technology enables multilayer film materials to be effectively mixed and homogenized.
It provides solutions particularly for processing film waste consisting of different polymer layers such as PE, PA and EVOH.
Twin-Screw Extruder Technology
The special screw and barrel geometry helps ensure controlled mixing of the material and achieve optimum process conditions.
This configuration supports stable recovery of film waste with different material structures.
Continuous and Stable Feeding
Thanks to the inward rotation direction and special design of the screws, the material is fed into the extruder regularly and continuously.
Compact Design
Trim FLEX® combines advanced technology within a compact unit.
Its compact design enables easy integration into an existing production line while requiring minimal production space.
Combined Feeding System
Thanks to two separate feeding inlets, edge trim and small film rolls can be processed on the same system.
This feature provides operational flexibility in the recovery of different types of film waste.
