Performance Features
The SAFEMAG magnet system is equipped with three neodymium magnetic rods arranged in a triangular matrix to ensure the best possible contact between the product and the magnet. Superior ease of use and cleaning are just a few of the other positive features of this magnetic separator. Further advantages include its particularly flat (60 mm) and robust design and excellent magnetic strength.
The compact aluminum block design allows material loaders, mixing units, and dosing units to be mounted directly on the magnetic separator. Thanks to its special design, SAFEMAG prevents any accumulation of plastic granules (this feature is particularly important when changing colors or materials). The SAFEMAG magnet system can be easily integrated into any system using adapter plates.

Typical Applications
The SAFEMAG inline magnet has been specially developed for applications in the plastics industry. It is designed to inspect various granules with particle sizes up to 6-8 mm in stationary or slow-moving material columns at temperatures up to 100°C.
