Product Description
The single-layer, single-sided ELS detector is preferably used to inspect individually packaged products and bulk materials on a belt conveyor or material chute with a low material height. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (steel, stainless steel, aluminum), even when embedded in the product. Upon detection of metal, a signaling device and a separation system can be activated, or a signal can be sent to the process control unit.
