Bandera Techno FLEX® – High-Performance Multilayer Film Extrusion Line
High-Tech Multilayer Film Production
Bandera Techno FLEX® is a multilayer film extrusion line developed for high-performance 3 and 5-layer blown film production.
Combining film co-extrusion technology with advanced line components and customizable configurations based on production requirements, Techno FLEX® is designed particularly to meet the production needs of high-quality technical films as well as packaging, printing and converting applications.
3 and 5-Layer Film Production
The Techno FLEX® range is available in 3 or 5-layer configurations to suit different film structures and production formulations.
The standard configuration is based on a co-extrusion architecture in which a high-capacity central extruder operates together with smaller extruders used for the outer layers.
This structure enables different raw materials and layer combinations to be used within the same film, allowing the line configuration to be designed according to the targeted mechanical and functional properties of the film to be produced.
Techno FLEX® PO⁵ – High-Output PE Film Production
Techno FLEX® PO⁵ is a 5-layer configuration developed particularly for manufacturers seeking high production capacity in PE film production.
The multilayer structure provides a solution for achieving high-quality production and strong mechanical properties in PE films.
This configuration can be used for technical film applications requiring high production capacity.
Advanced Winding Technology
The ESR-9000 series winder used on Techno FLEX® lines offers three different winding methods suitable for different production requirements:
- Contact winding
- Axial winding
- Gap winding
This flexible winding structure allows the appropriate winding method to be selected according to the characteristics of the film and the production process.
