Bandera SmartFLEX® – Blown Film Extrusion Line for Flexible Packaging Films
Bandera SmartFLEX® is a compact and modular blown film extrusion line developed to adapt to different formulations and film structures in flexible packaging and converting applications.
Optimized investment costs, production flexibility, low energy consumption and user-friendly line management are among the key features of SmartFLEX®.
SmartFLEX® can be configured for the production of 1, 3 or 5-layer films and is available in different versions according to specific production requirements.
Flexible and Modular Production
SmartFLEX® is designed to enable transitions between different film formulations and applications. Its compact layout and modular construction allow efficient use of production space.
The line can be configured according to different production requirements and is available in the following versions:
- SmartFLEX® Plus: Higher winding quality and combined winding mode thanks to an axially driven mandrel
- SmartFLEX® HP: Increased extruder sizing for higher production capacity
- SmartFLEX® HP Plus: Combination of high production capacity and advanced winding performance
- SmartFLEX® HDB: Combination of standard SmartFLEX® products with HDB/FFS film production
1, 3 and 5-Layer Film Production
SmartFLEX® can be configured for the production of 1, 3 and 5-layer blown films.
Thanks to this flexible structure, different formulations and film types can be produced on the same line. Bandera developed the SmartFLEX® range particularly for packaging and converting processes requiring a high degree of production flexibility between different applications.
Compact Design and Low Energy Consumption
SmartFLEX® is designed with a functional and compact layout. Its modular frame structure allows line components to be configured according to production requirements, while Bandera's approach to energy efficiency is focused on low power consumption.
The serial production approach also enables investment costs to be optimized and contributes to the high cost-effectiveness of the SmartFLEX® platform.
