Medical tubing extrusion heads ensure homogeneous material distribution and precise control of tube wall thickness. Optimized internal flow channels help reduce the risk of material degradation during processing.
Multilayer and co-extrusion options enable functional layers such as radiopaque stripes to be integrated directly into the product during production.
Stainless-steel calibration and cooling tanks maintain medical tubing geometry from the early stages of production and reduce temperature in a controlled manner.
