Bausano CPVC Pipe Extrusion Lines are complete extrusion systems developed for the production of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, which offer higher thermal, mechanical and chemical resistance than standard PVC.
Thanks to CPVC's special molecular structure, high-performance pipes can be produced for transporting hot fluids, corrosive substances and industrial gases at operating temperatures above 90°C.
Bausano extrusion lines are designed to precisely manage CPVC's distinctive rheological properties. Melt homogeneity, precise temperature control and final pipe geometry accuracy are maintained throughout the process.
