Sesotec INTUITY is an advanced tunnel-type metal detector developed for high-sensitivity detection of ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel foreign bodies in packaged or bulk products conveyed on a belt.
Thanks to Multi-Simultaneous Frequency technology, it provides reliable metal detection particularly in products with a strong product effect or that are difficult to inspect, helping reduce false rejects and improve product safety.
INTUITY uses two different frequencies simultaneously according to product characteristics. It analyses the electromagnetic characteristics of each product, creates a digital fingerprint of the product effect and distinguishes metal-related signals from this reference.
