Technical Specifications
Working width:Available in 1024 mm, 1536 mm, 1920 mm and 2816 mm versions.
Sensor configuration:The system is designed to operate with up to three sensors simultaneously: the C sensor for colour and shape detection, the M metal sensor with optional stainless-steel detection (differentiating ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel), and the N NIR sensor.
Split unit:The sorting system allows two different material streams to be processed in parallel or supports two-stage sorting applications.
Belt system:Belt lengths of 4.4 m or 6.2 m are available. Belt speed can be adjusted to process requirements.
Third channel (optional):An additional third channel and a second valve bar can be integrated to separate the input material into three distinct fractions.
Valve grid:Different valve resolutions can be used depending on the sorting application.
Sensor-upgrade infrastructure:The system is supplied pre-wired for sensors that may be added in the future.
SesoDesk software:The next-generation operating software uses eight-core technology to deliver high performance and stable operation.
