Applications
TRENNSO-TECHNIK® SVR is a high-performance circular vibrating-screen system developed for separating free-flowing bulk materials into different particle sizes, control screening and dedusting.
Its three-dimensional vibration motion distributes product over the screen surface in a controlled manner and precisely separates it into multiple fractions.
Material is continuously and centrally fed from the inlet onto freely oscillating screen decks. The screen unit, supported on springs, is driven by a vibration motor in a three-dimensional circular motion.
Suitable screen surfaces separate the product into different fractions by particle size. Rotatable screen decks allow the position of product outlets to be adjusted individually according to the application.

The system can be equipped with an integrated ball-cleaning system to prevent screen blockage and maintain continuously high screening performance. Ultrasonic screen-cleaning technology can also be used when required.
