General Features

Machine: The machine separates a wide range of bulk materials according to their specific gravity and shape. Products must be free-flowing and must not exceed a defined moisture limit. Through the inlet, the material to be separated is deposited via an eccentric-driven distribution unit onto the working screen. The inclination of the screening box can be adjusted. Air is fed through the material by a pressure blower installed beneath the screening box. This fluidizes the light particles and separates them from the heavy particles. Depending on the screen movement, inclination and air flow, the heavier particles move across the screen toward the heavy-fraction outlet, while lighter particles move downward toward the light-fraction outlet. The output of the pressure blower and the eccentric speed can be controlled electronically. The exhaust air is cleaned through a downstream filter unit and can be recirculated back to the machine.
