General Features
Continuous screen cleaning is based on a ball-cleaning system beneath the screen deck. Screen coverings range from perforated plates to fine-mesh fabrics. The screen surface is kept open by a rubber-ball cleaning system. The screening box is vibrated horizontally by an electric motor.
As optional equipment, the screening machine can be fitted with external screen outlets that provide excellent accessibility.
The screen can also be connected to an aspiration system. Additional equipment for direct connection includes, among other options, elevated screens and magnets.
Machine:
Thanks to its variable screen design, the machine separates bulk materials into different particle sizes. Products must be free-flowing and must not exceed a defined moisture limit.
Options
Depending on the individual application or the abrasiveness of the material to be separated, various wear-protection versions are available, including HARDOX, PU, stainless steel and ceramic. A complete stainless-steel design and surface treatments tailored to requirements are also available.
The material to be screened is fed via a distribution unit into a freely suspended screening box. The box is suspended by steel cables from a robust, dust-tight steel frame. The screens can be pulled out from the front at screen-deck level. The screen deck is divided into sections along its length, minimizing the space required for screen replacement.
