Municipal / Industrial Waste Lines
TRENNSO-TECHNIK® Municipal and Industrial Waste Lines are complete recycling solutions developed for high-efficiency processing of household and commercial waste as well as compost materials and recovery of valuable raw materials contained within them.
Due to rising raw-material costs and energy demand, fine separation and advanced classification processes are becoming increasingly important in waste-processing plants in addition to coarse separation.
Recovery of Valuable Raw Materials
A multi-stage separation process separates different materials in the waste stream to recover valuable reusable secondary raw materials.
- Glass
- Non-ferrous metals
- Iron and ferromagnetic metals
- Cable fractions
- Cleaned compost
- Mineral fractions
- Refuse-derived fuel fractions
Multi-Stage Separation Process
TRENNSO-TECHNIK® waste-processing plants are based on multiple separation stages. Incoming household and commercial waste is separated, screened and divided into different components according to customer requirements.
This multi-stage process enables controlled recovery of different material fractions and improves final-product quality.
Screening and Classification
Screening systems classify waste according to particle size, creating more homogeneous fractions for downstream separation processes.
- Separation of different particle sizes
- Homogenisation of material flow
- Improved efficiency of advanced separation processes
- Screening systems customisable to different waste types
Density and Air Separation
Density-classification and air-separation technologies can be used to separate waste components with different densities, shapes and weights.
Controlled airflow separates light and heavy fractions, enabling recovery of valuable raw materials and removal of unwanted materials.
Metal Separation
Ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the waste stream can be recovered using magnetic and eddy-current separation technologies.
- Separation of ferrous metals
- Recovery of non-ferrous metals such as aluminium
- Separation of valuable metal fractions
- Protection of downstream process equipment from metal parts
Compost Processing
Compost-processing applications aim to remove foreign materials and obtain a cleaner, more homogeneous final compost fraction.
Screening, classification and separation processes can reduce unwanted materials in compost and improve product quality.
Automatic Exhaust-Air Control
In addition to high separation performance, TRENNSO-TECHNIK® systems support process reliability with automatic exhaust-air control.
Modular System Design
Waste-processing technologies can be supplied as complete plants or used as standalone machines and modules, enabling easy integration into existing recycling and waste-processing facilities.
- Density-separation systems
- Air separators
- Screening and classification machines
- Conveyor and dosing systems
- Grinding systems
