TRENNSO-TECHNIK® Metal Recycling Lines are separation solutions developed for high-efficiency processing of light and heavy shredder fractions generated especially during end-of-life vehicle shredding and for recovery of valuable raw materials.
Combining different fractionation and separation stages divides complex waste streams into their components, allowing ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, cables and other valuable fractions to be returned to the economic cycle.
Shredder residues generated after processing vehicles and metal waste contain many components with different densities and material properties. TRENNSO-TECHNIK® systems are designed for high-productivity separation of these mixed material streams.

The feed material is separated into its components through different fractionation and separation stages. The process can be configured according to feed-material properties and target final-product purity.
Suitable process combinations can achieve purity levels of up to 100% in valuable fractions.
