The material to be separated enters the VLT through the inlet and is deposited onto a vibrating distribution chute that continuously spreads the material across the full working width of the machine. The two downstream separation tables, which can be adjusted for parameters including frequency and amplitude, then separate the input material according to criteria such as specific gravity and shape.
New standards are set through minimal installed power and high throughput. The principle is based entirely on mechanical sorting without sensors or similar components. Separation of the individual materials is completely independent of their moisture content. The entire machine is controlled via a PLC and can be easily integrated into existing processes.
