Operating Principle
Sesotec supplies FLAKE PURIFIER+ sorting systems specifically for sorting plastic flakes such as PET and HDPE, or mixed plastic flakes.
Based on a modular concept, these systems combine all the following sensors available for contaminant detection: metal separation sensors, color separation / sorting sensors, and sensors for separation and sorting by plastic type. The information provided by the individual sensors is processed by an evaluation unit based on eight-core technology. Material separation is performed by the air-blast unit.
