Applications
The Dal Maschio DMG Series consists of high-performance Cartesian robots mounted on the fixed platen of injection-moulding machines and designed for vertical entry into and withdrawal from the mould area.
The robots move on three servo-controlled Cartesian axes: X, Y and Z. Depending on application requirements, they can also be equipped with one or more rotary heads driven by pneumatic or electric actuators.
DMG-series robots provide fast and versatile automation solutions adaptable to injection-moulding machines of different tonnages. Brushless electric motors and numerical control deliver precise, repeatable and controlled motion.
