TRENNSO-TECHNIK® Crushed-Stone Separation Lines are separation systems developed to effectively remove foreign materials from crushed stone and bring the material to high purity levels suitable for reuse.
Crushed stone is typically a crushed mineral material with particle sizes between 2 and 32 mm. It is used in large quantities especially in road construction and winter ice- and snow-control applications.
For the large quantities of crushed stone used to be reused, foreign materials must be reliably separated. TRENNSO-TECHNIK® separation technologies can achieve purity results of up to 100% in this field.
Systems can be designed for efficient processing of crushed stone with different particle sizes. The line is customised according to feed-material characteristics and the final-product quality targeted by the customer.

TRENNSO-TECHNIK® bulk-material solutions are based on energy-efficient dry separation and classification technologies. Unwanted fractions can therefore be removed from crushed stone to improve material quality for reuse.
The type and structure of crushed-stone separation plants are determined according to process requirements such as particle size, contamination level, capacity and required product quality.
