TRENNSO-TECHNIK® Cable Recycling Lines are modular recycling systems developed for high-efficiency processing of electrical and electronic cables, chopped cables and mixed cable waste.
The systems separate valuable metal and plastic fractions from cable waste and return them to the economic cycle.

TRENNSO-TECHNIK® cable-processing plants are based on a professional, multi-stage process. In the first stage, pre-shredding and magnetic separation remove ferrous fractions from the product stream.
Subsequent granulation and crushing stages separate the cable into its components, enabling high-purity recovery of metal and plastic fractions.
Effective separation of conductive metal and plastic insulation material in cables is the main objective of the process. With an appropriate process configuration, TRENNSO-TECHNIK® systems can achieve component purities of up to 100%.
Existing recycling plants can be expanded with TRENNSO-TECHNIK® machines and modules. This can increase capacity, improve product purity and make existing processes more efficient.
